This is Harmony Potter, the hopeful home for queer refugees of the Potter fandom, and where the story has begun again under very different circumstances. I'm J.J. Hardy, your fabulously trans storyteller through this re-imaganing of Our Wizarding World. I hope you have a pleasant stay.
So what is Harmony Potter?
The Harmony Potter Project is a reclamation of the beloved wizarding franchise, which has recently become a fraught and uncomfortable fandom to be in as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. The main output of the project will be the Harmony Potter series of novels, a re-imagining of the universe with intersectional representation and progressive values at its core, and which will be released for free via this website and other fan fiction forums. The first installment, Harmony Potter and the Rock of Immortality, is set to begin rolling out in episodic releases on 10th February 2023. Alongside the books themselves, and updates from myself, HarmonyPotter.com hosts forums and groups to chat about the series, in all incarnations, in a safe and inclusive online environment.

This is a project born not out of spite, but a combination of love and grief, and I hope it will helps others come to terms with their own complicated emotions regarding the series.
